Learn how to make changes to your order before it ships.
Once your order is placed, we start packing it right away — but if you need to make changes, you can do so within 30 minutes of purchase.
To update or cancel:
Log in to your Lego Account.
Go to My Orders → Recent Orders.
If your order status is “Processing”, click Modify Order.
Choose to Edit Address, Add/Remove Items, or Cancel Order.
After 30 minutes, orders can’t be edited, but you can still request a Return or Exchange once the item arrives.
💡 Note: Orders placed with Lego Rewards points will have points automatically refunded if canceled before shipping.
