Lost or broken a brick? Here’s how to request a replacement.
If you’re missing a piece from your new set, or a brick arrived damaged, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
Go to My Account → Orders → Report an Issue.
Select the affected product and choose “Missing/Damaged Piece.”
Upload a photo of the set and the instruction page showing the missing part (optional).
Our automated system will match your request with our inventory and confirm your replacement within 2 business days.
Replacements ship via standard post and typically arrive in 5–7 days.
💡 Tip: If the set was a gift, you can still submit a request using the “I don’t have an order number” option.
