Learn how to track your Lego.com order or update your delivery details.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link from our carrier partner, BrickShip Logistics.
To check your order status anytime:
Sign in to your Lego Account.
Go to My Orders.
Select your order to view the tracking link and estimated delivery window.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, click “Report a Delay” in your order details. Our support team will contact the courier and issue a replacement if necessary.
