Forgot your password? Here’s how to quickly reset it and get back to building.
If you’ve forgotten your Lego Account password or can’t sign in, don’t worry — resetting it only takes a minute.
🧭 Resetting Your Password
Go to the Lego Account Login page.
Click “Forgot Password?” under the password field.
Enter the email address linked to your Lego Account.
Check your inbox for a message from Lego ID Support titled “Reset your Lego password.”

Click the secure link in that email and create a new password that meets these requirements:
At least 8 characters long
Includes one number and one special character
Does not match your last 3 passwords
Once confirmed, you’ll be redirected to your Account Dashboard and can sign in with your new password immediately.
📧 Didn’t Get the Email?
If you don’t see the reset email after 5 minutes:
Check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Make sure you entered the correct email address.
If you still can’t find it, contact our Account Support Team via the “Can’t Access My Account” form.
💡 Tip: For added security, enable Two-Step Verification under Account Settings → Security to protect your builds, rewards, and order history.
